General Summary
Coordinates the overall mortgage loan closing process while assisting with the final processing (prior to closing) by ordering and processing mortgage loan documentation needed for the final approval and closing. Assists with consumer loan closing and funding as it relates to departmental needs. Serves our membership by providing and promoting prudent borrowing and saving activities while being sensitive to all of the members’ financial needs by creating an awareness of all credit union services to new and current members.

Requirements
Professional, well-developed interpersonal skills necessary for servicing members in person or by phone
Requires a high degree of accuracy with intermediate mathematical skills (calculations and concepts involving decimals, percentages, fractions, etc.)
Requires demonstrated problem solving and proper judgement skills to apply broader aspects of established practice to situations which go beyond clear, concise guidelines.
